Test & Analysis
The engineers of A2Zound are noise and vibration measurement experts. They skillfully choose from a large number of methods to measure and analyze the behavior of dynamic systems.
The results of our measurements are used for:
- Understanding the system dynamics
- Giving input to analysis models
- Correlating simulation models
- Troubleshooting noises and vibrations
- Product verification according to legislation or standards.
- Performing benchmark tests.
A2Zound conducts multi-channel measurements on:
- Noise and vibration levels
- Sound power
- Force and strain levels
- Rotational speed and torsional vibration
- Temperature, position and other conditional data
- And more…
While still on site, we verify the validity of the measured data using fast signal processing.
On top of standard analysis methods such as modal analysis, operational deflection shapes (ODS), A2Zound uses specialized and in-house developed methods like:
- MIRE – Measurements in real ear, according to SS-EN ISO 11904-1.
- FRF based determination of structural inertia properties
- Pass-by measurements for boats according to ISO 14509-1
Measurement and documentation of external noise from aircrafts – In accordance with the Noise Power Distance database for derivative aircraft
